Armidale Youth Orchestras undertakes to comply with the Privacy Act (1988) of the Commonwealth of Australia and relevant amendments. We guard the information you entrust us with and will not release your information to any third party without your permission, except where required to by law.

Terms of service

Membership
To pay your membership simply choose the relevant ensemble and ADD TO CART. You will need to fill out a membership form before payment. Membership to AYO, AYSO or AYWE is for the calendar year. Membership fees are essential to assist with insurance, administration, equipment and music hire costs, tutorials, conductors and cover the tuition cost of the Sawtell music weekend. All membership must be paid prior to the Sawtell Music Camp weekend for insurance purposes.

Prices and availability
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are Goods and Services Tax (GST) inclusive. Our player fee policy can be downloaded here.  

Refund policy

Cancellations
Application and enrolment in an AYO ensemble requires a commitment for the entire year (HSC students are to negotiate schedules with the conductor). Since the repertoire and program is designed for the full year, if you are intending to leave the orchestra, please discuss your child’s enrolment with your music instrument teacher and NECOM staff. A cancellation notice in writing must be received 4 weeks before the start of term. Under exceptional circumstances, a pro rate rate may be enforced.
